Visitors to North Star House immediately see how Morgan’s use of natural materials, such as rock and wood, blends with the environment to create a prime example of the Arts & Crafts style.

Bricks are another important design element. They are the hallmark of many areas surrounding the House, with their texture and color bringing a feel of the decades of history. Still, while the bricks are an essential part of the setting, many of these bricks are in disrepair or exist only in old photographs.

Restoring the landscaping around the house is an integral part of the plan for upgrading the North Star property to maximize its use for a wide variety of community activities. Not only can you help fund the restoration, but your brick purchase will help to restore the historic entry with your personal engraved brick. It will be in a spot where you can easily see your brick when you visit!

We have two sizes of bricks:

                                          4” X 8” Brick − $300 donation

                                          8” X 8” Brick − $1,000 donation

You also have an option to purchase a replica of your engraved Brick to keep at home.
